Bio-Identical Hormone Therapy uses hormones found naturally in the human body to return the body to a more healthful hormonal state.
Bio-identical
hormones are derived from natural plant compounds and developed to match the structure and function of the hormones produced within the human body.
They are identical to endogenous human hormones, so the body is able to metabolize them normally, thus minimizing side effects. A unique and personal
blend of hormones is created for the individual patient, based on hormone deficiencies identified by saliva or blood tests and clinical assessment.

Many people ask the question why are bio-identicals better than synthetic
hormone perscritptions. We believe:
1. Bio-identical means that the hormones compounded & prescribed match your
body's endogenas hormones exactly. If you were to put your body's estrogen &
bio-identical estrogen under a microscope they would look identical. With
synthetic hormones this is not true. This makes a bio-identical easier for the
body to recognize and process.
2. Bio-identicals are made by hand by our corresponding pharmacy just for you.
We can do any strength & any combination needed for you body based on your
hormone testing. Most synthetic commercial hormones come in only a couple of
strengths.
3. Bio-identicals can be administered many different ways. We can utilize oral,
